Dear All,

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all of you for having contributed generously towards solving the water crises at Sariska Tiger Reserve. With your contributions so far we have successfully managed to drill the first borewell at Dauraka Range of Sariska Tiger Reserve.
Sweet water is now flowing from this well. The task is not fully done as we need to do at least two more borewells. I look forward to your continued support in times to come.

Attached are a few photographs of borewell and a water body created as a result of over flow from this well.

Newly constructed borewell at Sariska Tiger Reserve (STR) with financial help from Sariska Tiger Foundation (STF). Seen in photographs from right Mr. Y. K. Sahu (DFO, STR), Akhil Chandra (Member STF), Mr. Dinesh Verma Durani, (Founder STF) and Mr. Rajeev Srivastav (One of the Donors).

As you all may be aware that when drilling takes place the water starts flowing and creates puddles, soon after the drilling was completed in one of the puddles a tigress was photographed by me drinking water.
